I want you to feel confident when purchasing artwork from my shop. Every piece is created, packed, and shipped with care. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for original artworks, prints, and other products.

Original Artworks
Each original artwork is a one‑of‑a‑kind piece. Because of this, I do not accept returns if you simply change your mind after purchase.
However, I want you to feel secure when buying original art online. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.
Depending on the situation, I will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A repair or restoration of the artwork (if feasible)
This will be assessed on a case‑by‑case basis to ensure the best outcome for you and for the artwork.
Prints, Small Works on Paper & Other Products
Prints and small works on paper are made to order or produced in limited batches. For this reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If something is missing from your order or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days so I can put it right quickly.

Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to damage or an error on my part, I will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
