Description
“Sculpted by Ice” is an original oil painting on aluminium panel. It is dynamic, as the appearance changes with changing light – much like the real weather changes the appearance of the landscape. This piece is inspired by the glacial sculpting that occurred at the end of the last ice age around 12,000 years ago, when ice shaped Scotland’s mountains as it melted in to the sea.
